The restaurant (open only for guests staying at Il Rughinello)
Il Rughinello has a lovely private restaurant which stands completely separate from the residential villa, terraced above the pool. During the summer months, one may dine outside under the covered patio and enjoy the sunset into the undulating valley before you. At night the illuminated pool and garden is a wonderfully peaceful place to relax and enjoy a night cap. During the cold months the welcoming warmth of the dining area perfectly sets the scene for a romantic evening.
Our Chef will delight you with culinary specialties of various Italian regions with a choice of seasonal fish, seafood, meat or game. Il Rughinello also cellars a fine selection of some of the best Umbrian wines either accompany your meal or to enjoy as an aperitf. This selection has been made with great care by our sommelier, looking at both quality and price to offer you the best in both categories.
